Returns
Returns accepted with prior factory approval only. NO returns will be accepted after ten days of receipt of shipment. If you need to make a return, please email us or call us at 1-540-297-7524 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Returns will be credited for pottery only, not freight.

When looking for a new tea pot, I not only purchased an Emerson Creek tea pot, two “lavender” latte mugs, but also this beautiful lavender soap dispenser. I love the purple and blue combination. The liquid soap comes out very easily. I hope to purchase additional lavender dispensers for my spare bathroom for not only liquid soap, but also hand lotion.
